Other things

I hold very small classes (2 or 3, sometimes 4 people) at 7.15, 8.30 and 9.30am on a Monday and Friday in Grasby, North Lincolnshire. The 8.30am is called Soft and Strong and the others Calm and Gentle. If you feel a nudge to join please do get in contact. You can wear what you fancy and change the times of the class from week to week. And if one day you don’t come simply because you don’t feel like it, it’s ok, I understand.

 

My hope is that I help you take care of yourself. None of the one to one sessions or very small classes encourage moving through pain, force or discomfort. They are all about ease and moving in a way that feels good to you. I will always encourage you to seek medical advise if something doesn’t feel right.

 

If the cost of the one to one sessions is too much but you feel a session would be of benefit, please do let me know, there is always another way. 

 

For every new one to one person who comes my way, I plant a tree or a seed or a flower.
