Other things

In the future, I hope to offer weekly classes again. If you would like a one off class for yourself and friends please do let me know.

 

My hope is that I help you take care of yourself. None of the one to one sessions or very small classes encourage moving through pain, force or discomfort. They are all about ease and moving in a way that feels good to you. I will always encourage you to seek medical advise if something doesn’t feel right.

 

If the cost of the one to one sessions is too much but you feel a session would be of benefit, please do let me know, there is always another way. 

 

For every new one to one person who comes my way, I plant a tree or a seed or a flower.
