ONE TO ONE

I offer bespoke sessions that begin by becoming aware of our breath, the ground supporting us and the space up above us.

I guide you to slow down, soften, notice where you are in space, get comfortable and then we move forward in a way that feels like you.

With a background in exercise and pilates and a love for strala and  energy healing, I will guide you through a mix of movement and stillness that feels right for you, on the day and in the moment.

Every session can be intuitive or we can create a monthly, written guide that considers your natural cycles, seasons and life.

An hour session is £60 or £50 for regular, weekly sessions and £30 for a 30minute session.
